Incorrect. People who bought the game are, in fact, owed content. That's... that's how exchanging money for stuff works my guy.
If you actually know anything about Early Access you would know that EA games are At YOUR OWN RISK no matter what country you are in. Does not matter how entitled you think you are. Fact of the matter is many people have many EA games that failed so they are useless now. Devs do not owe you anything LEGALLY. Morally you may have a case but well that will not get you far.
So to recap if they walk off tomorrow with no more updates there is NOTHING you can do about that. I could list you more than a dozen titles that have failed. "Just Survive" "Hellion" "Dead Lingor" just to name 3. Also happen to own all 3 none completed.
"Fear The Night" "Dark N Light" Few more I happen to own incomplete.
This is not technically correct. It is still a legally binding transaction, where as the way you framed your statement that would allow all kinds of scams to be legal. There are countries GB as one example, where people can and have been able to get refunds from game devs for poor development practices etc.
In this case, I see they are working on the game and I see problem personally. My comment was made in the general sense. As well, I do not think we as consumers should just blindly lay down, rather we need to hold groups accountable.
