Black Album replied to Will I need to restart after “major” updates ?? July 27, 2021 @ 5:22:38 am PDT
Thanks GunsForBucks ….
That’s what I was expecting, tbh …. That no one knows …
I’ve not really explored that much of my world because I feel I’ve been lucky with my seed.
Basically everything I need (for now) is in/on the 2 main land masses I’ve explored.
I’ve defeated Bonemass and can enter mountains/plains and defend myself or run away.
I was going to wait until I attempt to take on the other bosses as the game progresses. I’m in no rush and can potter around gathering resources/ building houses that have a great view etc.
I’m happy to put the game on hold for a few months and then start up again when the “hearthfires??” Update arrives.
I don’t want to fill up my game with too many little mods that fill the gap only for them to screw up my build at a later date.
I can always go back to my Fallout 4 game and build a few more settlements there. I’ve over 23 days of gameplay there but don’t really “enjoy” the post-apocalypse vibe … although the building options are a lot better.
