why should I rely on unofficial mods that can potentially break the game, when the developers simply need to make the game less resource intensive? it's not about making new things, it's about lowering the requirements for crafting. I see many beautiful castles in the screenshots on the steam page, and I bet they were all made by cheating in creative mode, what's the point of the game if you have to cheat in order to enjoy it?
