I didn't realize structural integrity was something you could just turn off without a mod. Or is that what you mean.
With valheim plus (dedicated server gportal for example).. you can change settings like other survival games (ark, conan). One of the settings is for example.. buildings can't be damaged or turn structural integrity off. With it off you can actually have floating pieces and you can build without the game checking structural integrity (like when beams turn red because there is no support)
