Definitely not a firewall issue.
If it was a server update issue it wouldn't give a disconnect error but an incompatibility error instead.

I have tried the following with no luck.
1. Changing firewall settings.
2. Verified integrity game files.
3. Running game as administrator.
4. Update Network adapter.
5. Release & Renew IP Address.
6. Disable IPv6
