I doubt it. The people complaining typically don't know what they are doing anyway or they wouldn't be having trouble.

Creating multiple places to fix just makes the issue worse. You can apparently no longer just nuke the install you have to worry about another install effecting the game.

It just makes the issue more complicated for those trying to help people who don't know what they are doing to begin with.

Well good luck... I don't mod my games unless I make the mod myself. And even that is rare anymore.
