There was no way to win that fight with all those enemy spawns so compacted together. Had to do a killall devcommand if I was going to progress my game. Really hope they adjust the abominations or somehow prevent boss fights from spawning surrounded by biomes not meant to be entered before your character has progressed to that area.
I understand your frustration but the fact that you mention wraths tells me that you made a big mistake. You went there at nighttime which I wouldn´t recommend to do.
Wraths only spawn at nighttime and it is then when regular mobs also spawn more frequently. Avoid that the next time. Also clear the area around the arena and place a couple fireplaces in order to block the regular spawns so they don´t come ontop of those the bonemass spawns during the fight. They don´t have to be lit to block the spawns. Dont give up, you can make it.

I actually started the fight during the day. It just took me awhile to navigate through the plain's, barely fighting off deathsquito's, and one fulling who got some of his health down by a couple of drauger archers before I was able to start the fight, then things where okay for a bit, and I had Bonemass down to half his health, when the abomination spawned. Then between trying to avoid it's attacks, Bonemasses attacks, the mobs Bonemass spawns, running around the Bonemass shrine trying to avoid poison clouds, only to have deathsquito's, and a fullings wondering into the biome in addition to drauger, skeletons, and blobs that they aggroed all in a tiny space the day went very fast, and night came quick. That's when the wraith decided to join the party. Crazy thing was that none of the enemies like the fulling or deathsquito's, and the drauger were fighting each other, they where all just chasing me. It was just pure insanity.
But ultimately the fight could have been easily managed if that abomination spawn point wasn't right next to the Bonemass shrine. It wasn't until after it spawned, and it started to run through Bonemass to get to me that things went to pure chaos causing me to have to run around the small swamp biome to try and fight it, heal, and avoid everything else that wondered in.
I don't want an easy fight, I want to earn the victory, but I also think that if you have biomes that even the crow warns you from entering, a lower tiered boss fight shouldn't be surrounded by a biome you're not meant to enter yet. I have a weird map seed where like plains, swamp, and mountain biomes are spawning with just like one tree or plot only big enough to stand on in meadows biomes, or out in the center of the ocean. For example I found a surtling spawning in the middle of a lake so I got infinite supply of surtling cores, and coal. Just been a weird map seed.
