I didn't see ValheimRecycle mentioned yet. It allows you to downgrade and destroy items to get back 0 to 100% (configurable) of the materials used for upgrading or crafting it.

I run only five mods, one of them BepInEx.

PlantEverything, that recycle mod, NoCultivatorDust (self-explanatory), and Custom_Raids (got tired of raids after well over 1600 hours, but disabling raids is only one of the things the mod can do).
