It does not. I get drops into 20-30 on any graphics settings on my rig that can run much more demanding games say the witcher 3 at no less than 60 fps at all times on atleast medium. Stop being one of those "oMg I dOnT hAvE tHiS iSsUe So It DoEsNt ExIsT" people. I got a r5 5600x, 16gb 3200mhz RAM and an overclocked 1050ti holding me back
