Are all terrain modifications cumulative for the entire map, or can you increase the FPS when you move to a new area, or both have an effect. Currently my instances are under 2.7 K but I currently am only about 1/5 through the game. My FPS is about 14. I was wondering how carful I need to be with terrain modification. To mine copper you need to do a lot of digging which is a lot of terrain modification.
