I end up having way too many beech seeds. Firs also drop a lot of cones. But the higher quality wood trees have a lower drop rate that you may need to replenish from the wild. I get a few birch and pine seeds, but not enough to fully sustain a farm without going back to the wild. It's better than it used to be though. I'm not sure about oak because I usually leave those alone.
