It's happened to me. Specifically, cauldrons and campfires suddenly exploding for no good reason. And once, the entire game went graphically insane with massive distortions in the ground before it crashed. Just a rare glitch, I think.

If you stand in a campfire with troll armor or better, the campfire will break. If you accidentally left click on the cauldron instead of pressing "E", the cauldron will break.
