Kinda funny actually, in a previous discussion people did not realize you could just hold the button down on a controller to harvest. Not sure if keyboard work the same way though.

Then some people did not realize you need to plant 1 seed carrot for every 3 carrot, that way you constantly have seeds for new crops.
