vulkan for crappy old amd rigs

if you have anything nvidia that is at least the min requirements for this game, the only difference you will see is the lower fidelity.

frames and everything on min req nvidia setups do not change at all.

at least that's my experience.

ps, if you're an nvidia user, this is why vulkan can sometimes perform worse.
