I don't mind the jagged approach to the terrain, but I do feel that stamina regen should be like 2x -3x as fast as it is currently. I do feel out of all stamina bar based games I've played, valhiems is noticeably slow to the point that if you're not running eikth then its just a game of running and jumping for 2 minutes and then standing still for 2 minutes - repeat.
