I see most of you are looking on the bright side, and I understand your points. But there's gotta be a better way to get the resources. They're like swarms of mosquitos in those two biomes.

You just interact with the grave while having enough space and weight capacity. It's automatic and grants a major temporary escape buff.

my advice; bows kill them before they aggro

Make friends with the lox. All the lox. Don't try to build enclosures for them, that way madness lies.

Once you get the gear, Iron is far more of a ball ache to get. If your base is near the plains, you accumulate green metal by the bucketload. I consider iron more scarce than green metal.

Objects you can pick up with E respawn. Things you have to break/cut, do not. (the exception being stuff inside dungeon aside from mushrooms. so gems and cores and such don't respawn.)
