Nearly every AAA seems to have been ported to Switch, so yes, Valheim can be. The big question is if the devs think it is worth it. If they do any ports after EA ends I'm sure they'll start with Xbox ..

Not sure about hardware, But I believe they said if the game were ever ported to anything else it'd likely be after it comes out of early access.
