Plus it pretty much requires modding to even work as a PvP platform. You can optionally duel for fun in vanilla but that's about it.

a cart for loxes would be interesting and a ship to transfer a lox without improvising with the existing ones

The riding skill is for riding loxes, which effectively act like horses. Plus there’s already a saddle in game as well that you need to ride one.

high quality textures are niether difficult nor expensive to make. the same is true for models and meshes. if they were, we wouldnt have singular people churning out HD texture mods for tons of games,..

I suggest adding Hugos_Amory mod into your game. Adds vanilla friendly 2h Swords, Maces, some new Axes and fist weapons that really adds some veriety into the game.

I prefer bow most of the time but situationally i use the tower sheild and the porcupine. that being said i do agree it comes back to play style. are you tanky or do you prefer to kill from a distance..
