Yeah, "exploremap" and "resetmap" are only for removing/restoring the fog of war from your map/minimap display. It doesn't have any effect on content.(also note that "resetmap..

the resetmap command wont work for this. dont uncover the entire map and especially not the southern and northern edges if you want the 2 missing biomes to spawn probaly.

I do use the manual save, the last few get effected as well. both in mod and vanilla mode. Switched between cloud and local same issue. Also both Vulkan and normal. Haven't tried all the combinations ..
