Just build around the area, with the spawn in the middle! It could be the focal point of everything, and when you bring a new char to the world, it will spawn in the glorious shadow of your settlement..

just use a mod to build in that zone, I'm building a town around spawn.

heh the math is maddening (not hard, just maddening). the darn things grow in 3s (1 plant -> 3 seeds -> ... cycles) and stack in lots of 50. They are consumed in 3s, but the food stacks in 10s. ..

Its the same as before, except work and running across the map is slower and you need to pay more attention to food production.

Honestly? Post-H&H got... Overly complicated. Feature bloated. Unnecessarily complex. I liked how it was before, but now, they kind of just added an extra inconvenience to the game. It's not harde..

You do need to manage your stamina more, but I wouldn't say the game has become significantly more difficult. Once you get used to how the game plays now it will be more or less the same as prior to H..

Side note, don't know if this is just me but if you leave those Fulings unchecked they will remain there forever. Come back in a few months time during the day and they'll still be there.

Took me about a dozen different mountain biomes until I found my first onion seeds. I'm still struggling to grow my crop but its slowly getting there.
