My experience is that it's all scalable. The currently tamable wolves are good for that game play. Else players need to adjust to their specific situations. Like having Lox instead of wolves, etc.

How is he unbalanced? I've beaten him more than 15 times already. All you need is fire resist, Frostner, Silver Sword and Bonemass.
