I went with the shield, since the new creatures attacks are hacky ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ which makes them much harder to gauge and parry. Whoever thought we'd be fighting giant Sith Bees in valheim?..

Both shields are good the buckler is basically the same as the black metal shield in terms of protection but with a parry you can stop a train, the shield is weaker for blocking than the blackmetal to..

I think the stone workbench is required to build the hearth and it likely won't appear in your build menu until you build one (requires some iron ingots and stone) or potentially going up to it and us..

You are looking at the misc menu? Next ck the wiki to see what you need to build it. I would tell you but this way you get to see how helpful the wiki is for build stuff.

The key to having a well vented chimney is to make sure it extends about 2.5 feet above the height of your roof, and also make sure that the top of your chimney also have a cover piece. I am sure you ..

block is based off health, so running low quality foods is not going to work well. if you want to continue a challenge, use lesser armor with higher health.
