I ran out of frost mead doing corpse runs fighting Moder, too. Sorry I didn't plan on dying that many times.

If you have wolf cape, or lox cape, or wolf chest piece, you don't need frost resist mead. It keeps you warm. If you don't have frost resist I wonder what kind of armor you are wearing.

I think you are looking for World of Warcraft. What you are asking for doesn't exist in games like this. You only really meet people offline via discussion boards and Discord in these types of games.W..
