As I said earlier, type -console in the steam game start up settings. Go to your game in the library, right click and hit properties.

f5 not bringing up consol nether is ` which does for other games and im not seeing anythign about it in settings

You can with console commands. I don't know exactly which ones you use to trigger the events you want, so you will have to look them up, but to get you started, type -console in the steam start up opt..

Since the update there are definetly issues. Game hangs every 10-15 mins for 2 seconds, FPS are also inconsistent. I play on 1440p, this used to be 50-70 FPS but since the update it is dropping to 30 ..
