a lot of people are builders who do not like base defense or fighting at all. This caters to them. Build in the plains or mistlands, and all bets are off.

I had that event pop, and no skeletons appeared. I later found them clumped up in the water underneath my longship floating near my base. Literally like 20 of them in a moshpit under the boat.

and skills go down on death, so grinding it to max is pretty hardcore.
