mistlands is in beta test, if you have not updated to beta you wont have it. It is said that is better to start a new seed since the new mistlands are bigger and taller, and people have reported bugs ..

You can probably get all of the new gear and kill the last boss in well under 24 hours of playtime. It depends on how lucky you get with the dungeons and finding skulls to mine.

Yup - cage walls are effectively regular wall/floor pieces. You can use them as shelter but you need to put in ventilation. I discovered this when I tried to make a BBQ grill and the fire kept getting..
