solo has the appropriate challenge level, but of course this game is fun with friends. You can play this game to fight the bosses but it also has that relaxing builder flow to it.

If you've never played it before then sure. It's not like a MOBA or battle royale that needs an active player base to even play it.

After Mistlands there will be Ashlands and Frozen lands to finish the game plus a filled out Ocean biome. Devs said it takes 6 - 9 months to add a biome so 1.0 will probably release in 1-2 years time...

Try using planbuild mod. It has an option to restore all modifications of terrain. If you are running dedicated server, then you will need to install the mod on server too.

This sounds like more of a restore from backup situation

I used the Server Dev Commands[valheim.thunderstore.io] mod on two of our last seeds. One was a "cheat" seed where I was allowing everyone to use dev-commands because it was just being used ..

I'm expecting a public test a month or so before the update goes live, so maybe in early November there's a chance to see something, if we're speculating wildly...

We've never been able to use commands on servers without mods to unlock it. It does seem daft but it's nothing new.

Are you sure you are using the right IP? They won't use the machine's local address, they will use your public-facing ip. The one you get if you go to something likewww.WhatIsMyIP.com

what firewall are you using? i had to proxy those ports.Is it showing "not responding" under game info? thats normal. You should still be able to connect to it.
