I don't get why they added the seasonal stuff into the game in the first place. Felt misplaced to me. Same with the hot tub.

They should remain in place if you built them during holidays. My yule tree is still there at any rate.

You provide no actual details to go by other than, essentially, "it doesn't work". It could be anything. Any error logs or suchlike?

There should be backups of the character either in you steam online save or in your characters_local directory. (Under AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim I believe).
