You can add/ remove mods half at a time to hone in on whatever is causing your bug. Also, look for the improved hoe mod. Lets you change the radius of your hoe and cultivator.

One of the devs confirmed on Discord that spiders are not planned. Of course plans can always change but currently we don't expect 8 legged creatures to be added.

If some troll cave is near, lure him there. The entrance is good fortress for you and you can kill him with bow and wooden arrows relative easy.

it may depend a little on location to get wind/weather so it works fast. but 1 has always been enough for me, given that it takes longer to grow than to grind, assuming growing in single person quanti..

A single windmill is enough to crank out loads of wheaties. It has a beefy 50 input reservoir so it doesn't need much upkeep.

I have two windmills up, but that's mostly just for the aesthetic of it. I could easily get by with one.

It's not like Ark where you can just upgrade a part. You remove it, put the new part in to make upgrades, or simply rebuild.
