Hit them just as they get to you and it'll stagger them nearly everytime. Can 1 or 2 shot then easily.

If you suck at parrying, you suck at fighting. Sorry, that's just how it is. Learn to parry or you're going to have a hard time.

Using a buckler, you parry. If you suck at parrying; use a tower shield.
