Ok.. Bigger Question. How to I make a Repair Station, To repair my Gear..I have gotten up to 3 star Workbench, and there is no Repair Station to make.

There is no way to permanently increase your HP, better armor helps a bit when you're starving, but you'll die to most poisons in one hit.

While certainly not helpful early game, you can put fires on top of iron wood beams. I just make a little criss cross in one square and plop one down on any floor I like.
