I did notice that after about 100 days, skeletons would visit once in a while and tin deposits started spawning in front of my base.Safe to say things could change over time in a very mild manner.

Multiplayer bosses are halariously easy compared to single player. Just imagine everybody using a fully upgraded Frostner vs Bonemass because, why not it's multiplayer nobody is playing fair anymore.

Time does not affect anything... Bosses will still have the same difficulty regardless of how long it takes to reach them.
