I'm sorry to report that HHc will no longer be a perfect seed for new maps after the update. The Elder and Yagluth have been moved off to different islands. Looks like the map site is now posting Beta..

If you encounter a town with hostile enemies and you discovered a portal that they built, it might lead to their origin.

i prefer a big wizard tower full of arcane portals to the ends of the world at the center of my base. looks neat and its a great way to use up my stone i amass.

I use a sign for each address and they're all next to my base portal. Occassionally I've accidently become stranded if you jump through too quilckly but I'v made a spare character that lives on a boat..

Considering the devs do not even want the portal in game I doubt your idea will come to be. Personally I like the current system.

Horemvore, first off, this a friend of mine for 15 years, second I dont take them anywhere and third, Kursor, I mean a dedicated server you rent not a seed that is why I was asking.

Yeah the server needs AzuAntiCheat to stop ppl like you from taking mods onto a Vanilla server :)

They'll be warm anywhere you would be warm (able to sleep). Just give the game its usual few seconds to update statuses etc after you place them, the same as you do for planted crops etc.
