There is no deadline.When it is done is when it is done. The devs don't even know at this point as the other biomes beyond mistland are not even in concept stage yet.

Use the spawn command to make up for bugs.I don't consider it cheating.We once had the bug where you get 1 of each material after you deconstruct something and the spawn command saved us.
