Delete your character and start over. Then go online and talk about how elite you are because you play permadeath. Always makes me feel better.

use a hoe to clear leeches and just eat alot of stamina food to just book it to body

Yeah the stamina system in this is still a LOT more forgiving than Dark Souls.

Bronze armor has zero necessity to advance as many others have said. Troll is enough and anti poison potions are more then enough to get through the swamp areas and Bonemass NP.

Having a hoe in the swamp is also incredibly useful. That way you won't have to set a foot in the water.
