Did the world save just as you entered the teleport? Maybe you arrived in a previously saved state.. ie with less fish.

It seems like they could accomplish the same thing by make ores unable to teleport but letting people teleport the ingots. There is a lot of grind to this game already and this seems a bit much.

I've often wondered if we shouldn't have some monsters who disdained to engage with lower level characters. Not worth my time, that sort of attitude, and of course such a monster would be invulnerable..
