How have they not fixed this yet... I sometimes got 3 updates a day for Valheim but when they botch the game for left handed players they do nothing for weeks?????

Peer to peer. Whoever is the first to load an area is the host for those zones. Then there is another lag spike if that guy leaves while others remain, as someone takes over hosting that area.
