They specifically commented on that saying: it would be too easy to gather those resources if people could just move them around. It promotes exploration and movement. If you don't like that then yeah..

Tbh they are very abundant. It does require a bit of exploration though.That said I agree I find it a bit unnerving thinking that such needed ingredients are technically limited on a single world
