if anyone is intreseted . i could use a couple persons to start and colonizing it ( never got past bronze age ) since my friends already played the game to long

how far should I be sailing? Should I be able to walk to the swamp from near the starting area/boss shrines or do i have to karve out to distant lands

So I've heard people can get the materials back from making ships. I was thinking about using a raft when building river bridges. Can I harvest the materials from rafts like the other vessels?
